Gosh, another year has flown by, and I was able to schedule my annual electrical check up! I was blessed that JAKE showed up for that service. He showed up late in the afternoon (my specific request.). I was impressed with his energy level, his friendliness AND his professionalism. Jake was AMAZING! He checked my major systems and gave me sincere reassurance. And then, we discussed a LANDSCAPE LIGHTING project I am considering. Jake listened to my preferences, discussed options (he was VERY knowledgeable!), and promised a well thought out estimate. I’m looking forward to making that happen! ALL of the technicians at Hobson’s A/C, that I have dealt with, have been OUTSTANDING! They are SMART, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXTREMELY well trained, confident, thorough, efficient, and honest! They are ALL just very NICE! I consider ALL OF THEM to be EXPERTS! And not just the technicians! Hobson’s A/C’s phone is answered by a HUMAN PERSON! (And most of them are probably from the great state of Texas!). Seriously, those voices are SO NICE! And they have helped me in a thousand ways! From scheduling, to relaying messages, to the appointment reminders they send, to just being a pleasant voice on the phone, (I’ve had ladies), they are ALL friendly, accurate, efficient and dependable! I know this review is LONG and maybe a little gushy, but it is TRUE and HEARTFELT! I am SO THANKFUL to have found Hobson’s A/C! They are a well-staffed, stable, established, EXCELLENT Service Company…and they provide A LOT of essential home services! I can actually say I LOVE them! (I swear to the accuracy and truthfulness of this review!).
