Cody was incredibly polite from the moment he arrived at my home. He carefully listened to all my concerns about the issue I was having with my unit not powering on. Within minutes of checking the air handler upstairs, he had the AC up and running again! Cody explained exactly what he did and gave me possible reasons why the furnace had tripped. He didn’t stop there—he also checked the outside unit to make sure all the connections and wiring were in good shape.Oh, and here’s the best part—they also specialize in plumbing and electrical work! This company is truly a unicorn. Even though it was a Saturday, they came out quickly, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. They also offer a monthly maintenance plan that covers AC, electrical, and plumbing for just $20 a month—unbelievable!I’m beyond impressed and won’t be using anyone else in the future. Kellen was great, very thorough and explained everything in great detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, honest and offered several options and explained the pros and cons of each. Couldn't ask for better service. I'd request Kellen every time my AC needs any kind of attention.
