I can't say enough great things about Justin! He's very kind & knowledgeable about his work & my safety. Did an outstanding job today. I feel like he went above & beyond with care to solve my issues.

Nate was great! He was very polite and tidy and funny. He was great with our dogs and explained everything to us. He arrived exactly on time and gave us options of our repairs. We've used this company since we were newlyweds and they've always taken wonderful care of us!

I contacted Hobson - Comfort Experts around 11am today, on a day where the streets were icy, and Daniel arrived by 3pm. He diagnosed the issue with the water heater; basically the water heater was shot! He had another water heater delivered, had the old water heater removed, and the new one installed and running by 4:30 PM. Daniel was very professional, and provided all the information that I needed to make a decision on purchasing a new water heater.

I LOVE Justin Pennington’. My AC UNIT went down Friday @ 6pm of course. Justin came to my rescue on his way home. It wasn’t good news but as soon the part arrived Tuesday, he was here to install it. I wasn’t home. He took care of my AC, thermostat and my puppy dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

The plumbing team came out and did an amazing job for my 93 year old grandpa! The guys came in fixed the clothes washer connections and it looked better than the original! Thanks guys for taking care of him and being so sweet!

Wow! Retiring from the military I return home to Texas. Purchased my 1st rural property since I was 19 years old. I ASSUMED The original property owner had secured the well from freezing. Not. My water froze at the well head. After 4 days of no water, I made the call at 0800. I was assured someone would be out the same day. Mark there by 1:00 pm same day. Trouble shot the situation with me. Went to work and within an hour or so. I had water. He wrap an insulated the wellhead, checked my water heater & softener to I’m sure all was working correctly. Also, before he left, he had me walk to the house to check for leaks. Mark was awesome, very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. I am very pleased with the services I get from this Company. Marks a great plumber and Hunter is brilliant at his air-conditioning work. These people are on my go to list. Thank you!
