Having our Comfort Care Club plan guarantees you front of the line priority scheduling. That means you will generally receive service within 24 hours of your call!
Lifetime Warranty
Repairs come with up to lifetime of the unit as long as the membership is kept active with no lapse. Any lapse in membership will cause the warranty to reduce to 6 months from the date of the repair or service. Excludes refrigerant or consumable items.
How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, email agreements@acgenius.com with a brief description of your reason for cancellation. If your membership is cancelled within 1 year of enrollment, any discounts received will be due immediately and collected from your card on file.
PLEASE NOTE:
Discounts apply to repairs or service of existing parts and equipment only, unless noted with (N+R) indicating New or Replacement of existing parts or equipment. Trenching, tunneling, excavation services, and other items not listed are not eligible for membership discounts.
